Cancellation & Refund Policy

UBAID BILAL believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if the order has already been communicated to the vendors or shipped, it may not be cancelled.
- Cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or eatables are not accepted. However, refunds/replacements can be made if the product quality is found to be unsatisfactory.
- If items received are damaged or defective, please report this within 2 days to our Customer Service team. The item will be inspected and an appropriate action will be taken.
- If the item is not as described or doesn't meet expectations, notify us within 2 days of receiving it. We will investigate and make a decision.
- Products with manufacturer warranties should be referred to the manufacturer directly.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
